Speedie Recovery of South Florida is looking for a reliable, professional, and organized Front Desk / Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a fast-paced office position, so we need someone who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, communicating with customers, and staying organized throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist customers at the front desk
- Schedule vehicle redemptions and appointments
- Handle paperwork and data entry accurately
- Communicate with recovery agents, lot personnel, and office management
- Respond to emails and client requests
- Maintain organized files and records
- Assist with personal property and vehicle release procedures
- Perform general administrative and office duties
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and coworkers

This is not a work-from-home position. You must be dependable and able to report to the office as scheduled.
